I've been posting on and off in Peoples' Voice, the blog site of the NGO Forum on the ADB, whose Secretariat I've headed since June of this year. It's been interesting, but it has also taken away too much time - managing a bazillion nitty-gritty things, I just haven't been able to scratch the writing itch. But this post's still interesting.
