HOUSES OF MEMORY
MERRIMENTS, SIZZLING TOFU AND TRIBUNES

Words for the passing of a great man. And also a death by laughter account of a great night in a paranormal saloon in Malate. But ho-hum, as the raucous who know the place would say; it was just another Oarhouse evening.

Kudos! You have one fine blog here, Mr. Constantino. I presume you're the son of the great Renato Constantino. Say Happy Birthday to Rio for me. Keep it up. The stained glass windows are brilliant. How did you get to Jolo?

Hi Betsy. Thanks for the feedback. I took a ferry to Jolo early this year. It's a beautiful place, populated with gracious people. Prejudices and oppression have marred the way too many today look at Jolo, or Sulu province for that matter, or Mindanao. I believe, however, that the generosity of Mindanao's people, of Jolo, will prevail.

Thanks for dropping by. The stained glass windows are even more radiant when you see them up close. Regarding my forebears, I am the son of a civil libertarian who bears the same name as I, and the grandson of a historian of the same name, too. Rio says thank you for the greetings.
